ZEISS SMT CEO: China 15 Years Behind in Top Chip Tools
Frank Rohmund, CEO of Zeiss SMT, a key supplier to ASML's EUV lithography machines, sayd he expects that Beijing will need 15 years to develop EUV lithography machine, and additional export controls will only accelerates innovation in China.
