Utah family moved to Thailand for remote work, then returned home after visa issues
Braydon Barrett said he moved his family from Utah to Thailand in April 2024 so he could work remotely, but a visa mistake complicated the plan. After time in Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and a brief stop in Manila, the family returned to Utah eight months after leaving. Barrett said the experience brought him and his wife closer, even though he felt like he had failed when they came back.
